Makeup: pigments and eye dust?

are they the same? what is the difference between the two? can you use both as wet or dry?Makeup: pigments and eye dust?
like the other answer said. pigments have a lot more color depth. and eye dust is usually a sheer color that you can apply over a color. Both colors usually have a more vivid appearance when used with a base. pigments and eye dusts DO NOT stick to your skin when applied dry. the base gives it something to stick on. As for using the colors wet, it also gives a better color payoff and usually creates a darker deeper color and can crease easily. hope that helps. =]
