No, you don't want to wear blue eyeshadow because that will drown out the natural blue of your eyes. You want to wear colors that have a hint of orange in them. Think of bronze and brown colors that lean a little toward orange. This will complement the blue and make it stand out more.
smudge some blue eyeliner into the bottom
