for your skin color i would suggest victorias secret very sexy silky eye shadow in taboo $13 its a darkish shinky purple
probaly a nice bright colour of eyeshadow, like pink or blue would make ur eyes stand out
bright blues and greens usually look gorgeous on darken-skined people. it will also make your dark eyes stand out too! white can sometimes make your eyelids look heavy and draw attention to the wrong spot (eyelid)!
