How do you apply makeup for someone with chinky eyes?

My best friend is 100% Korean and has REALLY chinky eyes.

She doesn't even have that fold everyone has.

And she's always complaining how she can't put on makeup because of it.

So ... how do you apply makeup for someone with chinky eyes?

Thanks. How do you apply makeup for someone with chinky eyes?
Chinky is one of my favorite words!

Tell her to use a darker shade where her crease should be and a light shade on her lid and just below her brows. Use white (not black) eyeliner on the ';waterlines';. Use curling mascara. Have round slightly arched eyebrows. How do you apply makeup for someone with chinky eyes?

Your use of the word 'Chinky' is racist. Your friend may not be bothered or may have learned to deal with racism by pretending it doesn't matter, but you use the term 'chinky eyes' to describe the eyes of a whole race of people, not just her in this instance. Chinky is often used derogatively and to stereotype and you have just endorsed and promoted that, even if in ignorance.

Oddly, in an earlier question you describe yourself as Chinese?
I'm a proud asian, and I actually have big eyes and the ';fold';, actually called a crease.

But I have some friends that don't, and my biggest suggestion is don't use dark makeup too much above the eye, but enough to actually see some of it, and use a light color to highlight the browbone. BLEND BLEND BLEND. Try to line the eyes on the waterline, which is the place behind your eyelashes, so the eyeliner doesn't make the look too harsh, lining on the waterline, or the ';inside'; as some people call it, looks more natural and makes eyes look bigger, find an eyeliner that won't sting your eyes, and try a mascara that isn't too black, maybe soft black or dark brown.
Don't use the word ';chinky'; since that's rather rude/offensive.

Just say that she has smaller, almond shaped eyes?

Apply black eyeliner on the lashline. Then white eyeliner on the waterline to make your eyes stand out.

For eyeshadow, you should extend it to the browbone (since she doesn't have a crease). Eyeshadow should be a neutral light color, that's a few shades lighter than her skin tone.

And don't forget the mascara! Dark, volumizing, lengthening BLACK mascara will make anyone's eyes POP!
Curling the eyelashes is a great way to make her eyes apear more open. She shouldn't use dark eyeshadows or wear eyeliner on her top lid... there are makeups that are called highglighters than can make her eyes apear more open or more bright and less slinty looking
Youtube has great makeup tutorials for Asian eyes.
