How do i prevent running makeup around the eyes?

i use the covergirl lashblast mascara, not the waterproof one, its too hard to get off





but it always like smears onto my bottom lids as the day goes on


what can i do about it





and its worse if i wear eyelinerHow do i prevent running makeup around the eyes?
wear waterproof eyeliner//mascara


just use soap 2 get it off


or make up removerHow do i prevent running makeup around the eyes?
use the regular one for first coat then the waterproof one for a second coat.


it wont smear and i'll come off easier.


as for eyeliner? change brands. maybe a more expensive one.
