Neutral shades, especially brown , eyeshadows are the best to bring out blue eyes. Add that to a little black eyeliner on the top and bottom lids (very thin lines) and a little brownishblack mascara on both lashes and your beautiful blue eyes will sparkle. I should know, I do this every morning!! : )
ive got blue eyes too.. the colours that make me eyes come out the most are browns and golds.. brown liner should be your new best friend!!


btw NEVER use pink shadow.. pink shadow on blue eyes will make your eyes look blood shot.. trust me.. not good..


try greys too.. i also find emerald green liner to highlight the colour of my eyes more..

It will make your eyes pop out. Also curl your eyelashes and add mascara.
pink eyeshadow will make your blue eyes pop! but don't wear a ton of it! just a little ;] i myself have never been a fan of eyeliner so i would never recommend it to someone! ;]
I think black eyeliner would really bring out the eyes. That's what I use. Maybe a light purple would look good with your eyes? It really depends on your skin tone.
