I have dark brown eyes, any good makeup tips?

I really want my eyes to stand out and be just amazing. I'll be going out in the evening. My eyes are dark brown, naturally long black eyelashes, and I have a medium skin complexion. Kinda caramel-ish.

Thanks!I have dark brown eyes, any good makeup tips?
work with wut u have! if u are blessed (like me) with long lashes then just use some clear mascara to seperate them and to give them some shine. if i wear regular mascara i look extremely witchy!

don't use blush since u have caramel-ish skin, maybe use a bit of bronzer but leave ur skin looking fresh not ';done up';. use a good foundation or tinted moisturizer depending on ur skin -whether its clear or blemished! if u have blemishes, redness, dark circles or anything else that might be of a different colour, then use some concealer.

the key is don't use too much. if u have clear skin then just use a tinted moisturizer - foundation isn't always the answer.

with ur eyes, brown eyes look best when they are lined with black liner, lower rim and upper lid! if u are dressing up for an event then line the upper and lower rim but if u are only going out for coffee then use some liner on ur upper lid.

if u are dressing up ur eyes, then make sure u keep ur lips nude with just a bit of shine (not dollops of gloss!), and vicer versa.

but particularly remember this, don't use make up all the time. u are blessed with features and a colour that people normally use make up to achieve. u don't need to use mascara nor do u need to use eyeliner if u are going out for coffee or meeting friends. just some nice shiny lip gloss (i swear by blistex, seriously) will make u look radiat, and if u want a fresh face look, use a tinted moisturizer - i love the Covergirl tinted moisturizer that comes with sunscreen!

hope this helps! enjoy!I have dark brown eyes, any good makeup tips?
try to use liquid eyeliner it looks fantastic on brown eyes, it makes them look alot bigger too
I like to go to www.marykay.com and click on 'virtual make-over' there I chose the skin/eye color that fits me... Then I usually print out the colors, take it to the store and match it with the cheaper brands! It also gives you tips on how to apply it correctly!

very nice eyes.

colours that fit to ur eyes:

orange

brown

dark yellow, beige

and any other warm colours.

if u put the eyeshadow closer to ur nose, it makes the eyes look wider appart. if u put the make up further away from ur nose it makes the eyes look closer together.

good luck

To create a smoky look, use matte colors and graduate the colors. Use the darkest color nearest your lashes, and the lightest near your brow.

To bring out your eye color, apply neutral eye shadows such as taupes, plums, and browns.

Accentuate your eye color by using neutral or medium tone colors.

A hint of silver shadow across the eyelid can create a glamorous look.

Use warm, mocha eye makeup to make your new eye color ';pop.';

it's br8 coz i have tried it myself even i have medium skin
I always read in magazines for dark brown eyes use a navy colores eyeliner on top and bottom w/an iridescent silver eyeshadow. You know a good trick? put white eyeliner in the inner rim of your lower eye. Makes your eyes pop. I read someone wrote to try that almay line. don't do it. My friend bought it and they were horrendous colors. I really like Lancome. If you don't want to spend the money then try Loreal. They make nice stuff as well.
almay makes a line of eye makeup that compliments each color of eyes. they make coordinating eyeliner and eyeshadow just for brown eyes. the colors include purple and browns i think, but just go to your local walmart or whatever, and check out the Almay eye products
use beige eye powder or watever its called

put blush

use light colors 4 make up
You have good skin color, with that and your eyes use more lively colors like pinks and purples use a dark brown eye liner so that your eyes will pop out and not sink in with alot of darkness, instead of using black mascara use a clear one, you will still get the affect of using the black but you wont darken them even more work with what you have and go from there
hey nice eyes colousrs that suit your eyes are-*

orange

brown

pinks and any other warm shades

use sme colour eyeshdow and

eyeliner orange will suit you

best.

for better results try to put eyeliner on

the lids only!!!!!!!!!!!

You're lucky to have naturally long eyelashes! I have to glue mine on for special occasions! Still, simple black mascara can help you get that more refined look, you don't have to glob it on. A dark brown eyeliner (I use Revlon's Chocolate Brown) or a black eyeliner, with an eyeshadow that's a shade lighter work well. Also make sure your eyebrows are well groomed. You'd be amazed how much your eyebrows can define your face.

Here's a link to Bobbi Brown's website (the makeup artist, not Whitney's husband) ... you can choose the look you want and it'll give you more specific tips on how to apply and which colors work best for you:
usually dark brown eyes are really lucky...... they sparkle during night and if u think that its not a good eye color then go 4 color lenses .its pretty.
