go to mac if there is one near you and have them show you some colors that would really make ur eyes pop. if you want them to put it on for you and do the whole make over thing, you need to make an apointment.

try plum eye liner
just go for black eyeliner and maybe some mascara personally i think black eyeliner doesnthe trick
purple makes brown eyes stand out the most.
