I was just wondering for a school project... but is there any way? Besides surgery and just taping your skin back?Is there any makeup techniques that will help eyes appear more asian?

wear really heavy eyeliner, but shape it at an angle, other than surgery, that's about all you can do.
with makeup...use liquid eyeliner and draw the line toward the outter corner uppward

maybe eyeliner out past the eyeline? Why would you want to look Asain?
Wing the line of your eyeliner. Meaning extend the line up past the outer corner of your eyelid.
It is as hard as trying to look Hispanic if you are white.
