put your eyeliner on the outside half of the bottom lid, if you put it on the whole bottom lid your eye will look smaller. go with blue eye shadow or a smokey eye, but make sure if you go with blue it's not a bright blue that just looks tacky. blue is a good color for clothes too.What color makeup/clothes accentuate dark brown eyes?
loreal has a new make-up line just for that situation just go to a store that carries it and that will help you : )
