So, use a slight shimmer gold eyeshadow (unless you're older) with a darker golden brown in the crease, and dark brown eyeliner.What color of makeup should blue eyes wear?
Well I have found that brown eyeliner really makes my eyes pop, especially if its kind of sparkly. Black-brown works too. Black eyeliner highlights any ones eyes, so you could use that. Gold eyeshadow is great for blue eyes, and you can put a little gold under your eyebrows to define them (NOT TOO MUCH!!!). Around my pupils i have a ring of green so the gold brings that out a lot. A great mascara that I use is lashblast luxe by covergirl, get the one called Black Royale. The shimmers in the mascara bring out eye color and the mascara is great for volume AND length. Blue eyes really suit a nice silver shadow (: If yoou have dark hair however, dark brown/dark plum looks amazing! As it really brings out the icy colour in blue eyes! My friend did this and her eyes really looked so pretty (: As for eyeliner for blue eyes i would say a simple jet black for day, but if your really fair haired go for a subtle brown liner (: Look for inspiration on celebs with the same hair/eye colour as yoou (: hopee i helped and good luck! Brown eyeliner is different from ordinary black. Yet purple eyeliner would look good!

I use black eyeshadow, and black eyeliner, i also use black eyeliner, and gold eyeshadow, also brown eyeshadow works to with black/brown eyeliner
Light Brown makes the blue stand out, also use a darker brown for the crease (around ur eyeshadow) for a shadowed effect. also really black eyeliner and black mascara also

browns and beiges. Almay has a predesigned kit I use on my baby blues and it is awesome!! Also use a brown mascara, it brings out the blue more.
try dark gray eyeliner. i personally have brown eyes but when i put thick gray eyeliner on top and bottom of my friends eyes, it created a gorgeous smokey look tht made her look sooo good! also chocolate brown and silver!

Avoid brown... green sometimes works, but I'd stick with gray %26amp; blue :)
well i have blue eyes and i guess black is always good, but for some reason i like using green and blue colors. brown colors also look good.
