you shouldn't ask online about how to wear makeup. You should go to the mall and go up to a makeup counter and get help from there. That way someone might say get Mac makeup and this lip gloss not knowing that it might not work for your skin tone. Good luck.
green, brown, black or purple :) especially if you do black liner on your inner rims, with green or brown blended in. it'll really bring out the colours.

Almay has pallets for spesific eye colours. But for hazel eyes use purple, greens, browns and netural colours.

You should use browns and golds for eye-shadow. And medium/dark brown eyeliner.
