What makeup looks best on light blue eyes and blonde/brownish hair?

Try a softer alternative to black with shimmery grey and charcoal colors. Silver on your lid, dark grey in the crease, and white on the brow bone and inner tear duct will give you a rock star edge. Next, line the inner rims of your lower lashline with white eyeliner. Line your lashes with black eyeliner and finish with mascara and for an extra edge apply silver glitter over your mascara for a sexy feminine rocker look.

A rocker look? Hmm.





Normally, I'd say to avoid black liners, but since you want a rocker look, I think this will give you an edgy vibe. First, lay down a little primer around the eye area to keep from getting your makeup smudged where you don't want it. I use Urban Decay's Primer Potion myself. Next, take a thick black eye pencil and draw a cat eye along your top lash. Taper this line as you get towards the inner corner, and keep it thick on the outside.





Next, you'll want to look at Urban Decay's Heavy Metal Glitter Liner in Baked. Glam Rock would work really well to to keep your eyes bright with that pretty 'sheen' in your iris, but I think Baked would be better, as bronzes are always flattering on blue eyes. The contrast brings out the blue, and the glitter in it will reflect light back in. So, take this liner, and keeping it really, really close to the lashline, line the entire top lashline, from end to end, winging it out at the outside. (If you want an even edgier look, try using Catfight or Air Guitar. Metalhead would look good too, with baby blues)


*Also, instead of using a black liner, you could also experiment with an electric blue or purple.





Finish with a heavy coat of volumizing mascara.
Go for the gold! :D


Gold is a great color for pretty much any eye color.


Especially for light eyes.


And if you get a darker, shimmery gold, then it will add a little


rocker look to it.


I always use gold eyeshadow and I love it.


And all my friends always ask me to do their makeup, so apparently it looks pretty good(:
